At the beginning of the 2020s, E1 is represented with branches and real estate offices nationwide. Here in Dortmund, real estate investor & real estate agent Ugur Yildirim is the E1 representative and contact person. With the active support of his team, he offers his clients a diverse portfolio of services related to real estate.

Founder and owner Muharrem Erdogdu founded a real estate office in the Rhine-Main area in 2007. At that time, the Wiesbaden entrepreneur concentrated on the Rhine-Main area for property buyers and property sellers. Thanks to its success and the increasing growth of the company, new business fields were gradually opened up: Investment real estate and real estate transactions of commercial real estate and multi-family houses came into focus. In 2011, the transition to the exclusive brokerage of capital investment assets was completed. This included real estate holdings of one of Germany’s largest forwarding companies.

What began with this transition is still valid today: “Simply the No. 1” is now the philosophy, slogan and goal of the company, which has since called itself “E1 Real Estate”. Marketing strategy and external presence on the market went hand in hand with the new strategy. In the course of this, E1 Immobilien was able to handle the extensive sale of factory holdings for Passavant-Geiger, a renowned steel foundry.

These and other successful real estate transactions led to further expansion of the company and had positive consequences for E1 Immobilien: Since then, the company has focused exclusively on brokerage orders over one million euros in volume. The success of this new strategy can be seen as an example of two major projects. In 2014, a group of investors from Istanbul bought extensive industrial facilities in Frankfurt am Main in the double-digit million range. P1 Immobilien expanded nationwide as well as abroad. Undoubtedly, the founding of E1 International Investment Holding GmbH is a milestone in this success story. The business is still managed from Wiesbaden. E1 Holding is now a franchisor for companies at home and abroad. Its stylish seat is the Villa Königsberg in Wiesbaden. At the German Patent and Trademark Office, E1 Holding is a trade mark examined and registered under file number 3020152181282.

What does this mean? Today, business owners and managing directors of various locations successfully collaborate under one brand name with a brand strategy. Whether in the capital Berlin, Dortmund, Lübeck or Munich: Everywhere our clients are supported by committed and experienced real estate agents; a team of professional, cosmopolitan and goal-oriented working women and men.
